Blue light Rays

We’re talking about Ultraviolet rays or UV rays, they are harmful to eyes and we can’t see them. UV light can burn your skin just how the sun can. It makes sense since blue ray light also comes from the sun. The sun is a source of the full spectrum of ultraviolet radiations which is commonly subdivided into UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C. Even though UV-A and UV-C are both very harmful they mostly get aboard in the atmosphere making them less harmful. Even though 95% of UV-B rays are absorbed by ozone in the earth atmosphere. UV Light is still dangerous and can cause waste and demise of retinal pigment epithelial cells and  the demise of light sensitive cells can cause irreversible loss of vision. Well, Frostbite is an injury to any part of the body, although it is most common on parts of your body that are exposed to the cold air or wind. Below shows information about frostbite.   Types of frost bites     There are 3 levels of frostbite. These 3 types are frostnip, superficial frostbite, and severe frostbite. Frostnip makes your skin warm, and the body part that is affected might tingle or hurt, and if it’s not taken care of, could lead to numbness. Superficial frostbite makes your skin pale, and it will burn. If it is treated at this stage, damage to your skin will be minimal, with just a few blisters. Severe frostbite affects all layers of your skin, and it will be completely numb, and you will not feel pain or coldness. At this stage, your muscles and joints might be affected too. Rotavirus is a very contagious virus that can cause diarrhea.   Most Infants and 1- 5 year old's get it from not washing their hands and then hand to mouth contact.  Some get it from eating contaminated food. Monica A.        Every Person no matter how old or young grew up with Mr. Potato Head, but many  people do not know the history about his amazing character   Mr. Potato Head was invented in 1949 by Brooklyn Inventor and designer George Lerner was the brilliant mind that came up with a toy that kids could design themselves. It was distributed widespread by Hasbro in 1952 No matter how surprising this may seem, Mr. Potato head was once a real potato! The actual toys were plastic sharp pieces you could stick into a potato.  Mr. Potato Head was the first toy to be advertised on television. In the 1960's and 1970's a new government had prohibited sharp toys, so in acknowledgment, Hasbro created a plastic potato, with holes where you can put the plastic pieces. Legos: A Marvelous Invention

   - Ammara H. and Malori B .          Most kids big and small have played with legos at least once in their life, yet never knew the amazing story of the lego.  Its story started in 1932,  with Ole Kirk Christiansen who was just a simple carpenter with a large ambition.  As a young man he turned his love for carving and playing with wood into a business, and in 1916 he opened his own shop. In the beginning     he produced furniture like ladders, stools, and ironing boards. In 1924 he was looking to expand his business, but his son accidentally set a pile of wood on fire and put their shop and home in flames. Most people would think of that as a great loss, but Christiansen saw the fire as an opportunity to expand the shop.      TOUGH TIMES                        Even with all that happened, tragedy continued to fall onto Christianen.
